This is a pretty vintage Kit Heath Sterling Silver Pendant that has a scrolling silver Celtic knot heart-like design. It is hanging on a choker length 16" chain.

The pendant is marked KH94 on the back for Kit Heath 1994, and both the pendant and chain have a 925 mark for Sterling Silver.
